"Iused to look down on aesthetics," she admits with a laugh. "I thought it was just Botox in the same spots over and over." That all changed after having twins, when a chance opportunity at a med spa revealed a world of science, artistry, and patient connection she never expected.
What began as a practical move for more family flexibility quickly turned into a passion.
Today, Yari is not only thriving as a provider, but running her own practice, known for its warmth, honesty, and accessibility.
A Different Kind of Med Spa
Corporate med spas gave Yari her foundation — but they also revealed what she didn't want. "I learned the business side, but it was all volume," she explains. "Twenty patients in a few short hours, no time to really listen, no time to baby someone through a needle. It wasn't me."
So she built something different. In her Boca Raton studio space, the vibe is intentional and personal. Every detail has its place — nothing cluttered, nothing haphazard. The environment feels comfortable and relaxed, like a friend's home where you happen to also get world-class treatments.
Her patients feel that difference right away. Yari greets them like old friends, with laughter and ease. She doesn't try to impress with a clinical façade — instead, she puts people at ease by being real. Playful, approachable, and never too serious, she balances warmth with precision. Patients quickly sense they're in expert hands.

"My patients have access to me 24/7. I genuinely want them to feel comfortable and heard. If they have a question, I want them to know I'm there."— Yarianna Boccia
Always Accessible
If there's one thing Yari insists sets her apart, it's accessibility. That level of support builds deep trust. Patients don't just come for results; they come because they know Yari will listen.
"I'm not going to sit down and tell you everything that's wrong with your face," she says. "That's how a lot of us were taught, but that's not my approach. I start with, what are your concerns? If it's just your forehead, and you're happy with everything else — why would I tear you down?"
Her philosophy is simple: beauty is in the eye of the beholder. "It's not about what I see — it's about what matters to you."
Treatments She Loves
When it comes to treatments, Yari lights up when filler is mentioned. "I love me some filler," she says with a grin. "When it's done nicely, it rejuvenates someone so much — just a little volume in the right places can transform a face."
She's equally devoted to medical-grade skincare and neurotoxin. "Everyone should be on a customized skincare plan, and everyone benefits from tox. Over-the-counter products are made for anyone; medical-grade is made for you. That's where you see clinical results."
Her biggest tip? Don't be afraid. "People are so nervous about looking overdone, but that's in the past," she says. "We don't practice like that anymore. The goal is natural, refreshed results."

"It's not about what I see — it's about what matters to you."
Beyond the Clinic
Outside of work, Yari is refreshingly candid. She's "obsessed with pasta and bread" — happily eating them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if she could. And when it's time to unwind? "I love psychological thrillers about killers," she admits with a laugh. "But who doesn't?"
Weekends are for unplugging: family time, staying off her phone, and recharging. Ironically, it's often her work that inspires her most. "When a patient is really happy after I treat them, that motivates me to keep learning, to keep doing better," she says.
Real, Approachable, Intentional
Ask Yari how she wants patients to describe her spa, and she doesn't hesitate: "Comfortable, fun, not stressful. A place where you don't feel torn down."
It's an ethos she lives out daily. Her patients know her as friendly, approachable, and constantly investing in her craft — attending conferences, seeking out education, pushing herself to grow.
From the moment you walk into her clean, welcoming space, you know you're in good hands. And from the moment you meet her, you know why: Yari isn't trying to make you into someone else. She's here to help you feel like yourself — refreshed, confident, and cared for.
